Jesper Jenset’s New Collaboration

This spring and summer, Jesper Jenset has been keeping his musical energy flowing, working in tandem with the talented Tomine Harket. As part of his latest EP, «Kan du love me det?», he has unveiled three captivating songs, including «Jenta mi» and «Hjerteslag». Each track showcases his distinctive sound, rich with emotion and artistry.

Upcoming Ballad «Enkelt»

Today , 1st November,  fans can listen to the exquisite ballad «Enkelt». Jesper describes this piece as a return to simplicity, stating, «it felt like a duet from the start, with Tomine being the perfect match for this track». The collaboration shines through the minimalist arrangement, featuring just one guitar and the harmony of their two vocals. Almost reminiscent of a nostalgic 70s soul sound, this track brings an organic feel that resonates with listeners.

A Journey Through Love and Music

Jesper’s approach to this EP is not just about individual pieces; it encapsulates a wider theme centered around love. «There had to be room for a duet ballad on an EP that is about love», he reflects. Written a few years back with André Jensen, and produced by Lars Rosness and Benjamin Pinkus, «Enkelt» encapsulates a timeless quality that transports listeners to another era. Jesper Jenset’s collaboration with Tomine Harket is poised to be not just a highlight of the EP, but also a defining moment in their musical journey together.
